lol well I wouldn't go so far as to say I would be embarrassed, but I wouldn't be extremely excited about the award either. lol
I would say that I would be pretty happy that I've done my job as a performer entertaining the audience. I wouldn't be overly joyous, but I would be content that I did my job .
Can someone list who the judges were? Please and thanks.

Honestly, for me as a performer, if I won a people's choice award I was embarassed. It's just a bought award. It means absolutely nothing other than your fans were willing to waste their money.

True. But if the majority of the audience didn't enjoy it, they wouldn't have gotten the most votes for "Peoples choice".

While thats al fine an dandy to perform to the audience and not the judges even if it is entertaining they still need to be clean and consistent that way the audience can really enjoy what the show offers.

I, for one, am VERY proud of Warren. They went in to this year saying they're going to put on a great show for the audience, not the judges. If they make finals, awesome. But they want to put on the best show they can.
Getting voted most creative show and people's choice over the last few weeks. Sounds like they're doing what they set out to do, making finals or not!

2 judges had Charisma in 4th place, 1 judge had Charisma in 5th place, and the last judge in 9th. We had an excellent show and we know that. This was our last competition for the season. If we qualify for state, however, we will be competing there. Congrats to all the choirs on Saturday!
Isn't this, like, the second time that's happened?
Well Looks like Charismas day was full of fun, We grats everyone who made finals and wish you good luck in the comp, sad we couldnt make finals, but hey sometimes groups get slapped with 3 judges who want you in night, and 1 that gives you last.

So my big complaint about this competition..... Is I just got home!!!! Lol hahaha lots of interesting things going on. Overall I think I had the same results as the real ones. The only thing I'd switch is Marysville and Zionsville.
Center Grove- lots of awesome vocal things going on here. You guys hit those fortissimos like nobodys business. Clean choreo. Not a fan of the giant flashing lights. Congrats on the grand champion next week is gonna be RIDICULOUS
Carmel- First time seeing these guys ever and I know I'll get a lot of hate for this but I am not really a fan of this show. There was some good singing momemts but I didn't here a lot of diction. And the second half was crazy!!! I was finding it hard to focus. But while I'm not a fan of the show you guys definitely put on an awesome show. Good work
Zionsville- definitely bumped up from finals. It was much more understandable show during finals. While I loved the Beatlejuice number I think that a couple things could be fixed to make that number as solid as the rest of your show. But good luck in the rest of your season!!
Marysville- love you guys. You put on two awesome shows and it was another fairly clean show let's get ready for Fairfield
Pike- I actually really liked your show. I think this is the first time I've ever seen pike and it was just such an interesting show. The ballad ugh!! I remember hearing Jasmine in my SCA group and she was ridiculously good there but her solo tonight was fenominal!!! And this is like the fourth or some odd time that I've seen Circus done in show choir and you guys definitely pulled it off the best!! Good luck in your remaining performances =>
and yeah I liked Warren central but like everyone is saying there show was everywhere and the first half didn't have a lot of singing. I still loved it cause the crowd was responding so well!!!
Congrats to everyone that performed today! Here are my thoughts...
Center Grove: You guys were born to perform. Your show kept me interested the ENTIRE time and I had my eyes glued on stage throughout the entire show. Your ballad...INCREDIBLE. Absolutely gorgeous. Chills the whole time, and I loved the arrangement. Your guys number was adorable. Great job, CONGRATS.
Carmel: Your vocals were outstanding as usual. I just thought personally the last number was sloppy and uncharacteristic of a Carmel show. I also thought there was a lack of dancing in your first number. Congratulations, I'm sure you will have a wonderful season.
Zionsville: Not going to lie, I wasn't impressed. You had strong vocals, but I thought you sounded a touch flat the entire time. Could've just been me. Good energy, though. The last number just jumps around so much for me it was hard for me to really get into the show.
Marysville: I thought your first 2 numbers were really sloppy, but then your ballad and your closer(s) saved your show. I still wasn't blown away, but it was a good show and your energy throughout the whole thing was amazing. I personally, had you 3rd.
Pike: Your energy tonight was unlike I had ever seen it before. That being said, I think "Circus" got away from you a little tonight. Lol but it was still well-performed. There are still several parts that choreography is sloppy, but you guys have 2 weeks until the Watseka competition to work out those kinks! Your vocals sounded great tonight.
Womens:
CG: I didn't see your show but I'm sure it was fantastic, given that you won!
Carmel: CHILLS CHILLS CHILLS. YOUR BALLAD, AMAZING. I don't really remember the rest of the show, but I know it was good, lol.
Pike: Ladies, you guys have come so far in the last several years, and I'm proud of you all! Vocals were great for the most part, there were a couple times that you started to get a little shouty it sounded like, but those mics tonight were SUPER hot, so it could've just been them too. Congrats ladies!!
I wasn't too surprised by this. Yes, their show had a lot of energy and really got the crowd excited, but they didn't really have much choreography at all, and what they did have wasn't very clean. There also wasn't much contrast in the vocals throughout.
I really enjoyed the show, but I can see how it would rate lower for judges than it would for audience members.
Seconded.
I thought their vocals were great, but their choreo just isn't up to snuff.
