Hey yuri , im From CenterStage! we saw you last week in Danville I really liked yalls show when i watched it the coreography was good. did u like our show? what can we change to do it better?

Hey! The way things worked with our time slots and everything we saw you both in prelims and finals. You guys were awesome. The closer was so cool - it was so visually awesome. It was so crazy with the colors, energy, and combo all in one, it was one of the coolest closers I've ever seen. I remember I also really liked your ballad, and when you guys started doing your guys number I recognized the song immediately I was like "Ohhhh shoot, I love 'Oh What A Night'" haha.

Euclid is coming. It will be our first time in Illinois. We're definitely pumped.

I would like to formally apologize for the previous post by member of my high school choir. Obviously she is sorely misinformed as to etiquette of board posting and has terribly misrepresented the Watseka Sensations.

I sincerely apologize.

Ahhhhhhhaaaaaaaaa
Watseka Beat Pekin out of Finals
not to be mean or anything but
who' a thunk it?

What a great representation of your show choir you portray to us. Also, please act more than the age of five... "We beats" are not perceived highly around here.

I only remember that their ballad was from Mary Poppins, and their boys number was called 'the history of dance' or something like that and had a bunch of cool songs in it like, What is Love, Cotton Eyed Joe, Thriller, What Is Love, Bye Bye Bye, I'm Bringing Sexy Back, The Chicken Dance, Lean With it Rock With It, and a lot of other songs I can't recall. It was really funny - my favorite part of their show.

I also feel the need to comment on how nice the Mt. Zion parents are. Throughout the day I must have talked to half of the parents in that group and they were so supportive and awesome. Not to mention that Mt. Zion's show was SWEEEET.

Albertville's closer was so cool. It was so visually impressive to watch all those bright colors with that backdrop, and to hear that AWESOME back-up band blare during the dance break.

The only other groups I saw all day were Danville girls and Danville mixed, and I was REALLY impressed. The kids at Danville really held a great competition. They were incredibly friendly and awesome to be around. I can't tell you how much fun I had this weekend. I can't wait to get the finals DVD so I can watch all the awesome groups in finals and put it up on YouTube, haha.

Oh and if anyone was wondering the photo website is http://gainesphoto.com, click on Find Event, and then find Danville Midwest Classic.

I would just like to say how proud I am of my choir! I'm couldn't be happier with how we placed, and our captions, and I think we did an excellent job! I didn't expect to do as well as we did at all, but we ended up doing great and having an amazing weekend. Also, getting to see Mt. Zion live was a huge highlight! They're such an amazing choir, and so entertaining, I couldn't stop watching them the whole time they were up there! Great job guys :>

What an amazing weekend. Congrats to everyone!

Euclid - This is the first time we have seen you since the 2003 competition season. Yall did so good! I really liked your 80's retro costumes. Very nice!

Thanks man, and I remember the competition in 03, because my brother was in the group that year (I was in 8th grade). That was Euclid's first year competing and when you guys came to Mentor, Ohio it was the first time any of us had really ever seen a good show choir with a sweet backdrop (it was that light up thing, I remember) ... it was cool that we ended up @ another competition together.

Hey, yall! This competition was so much fun! Just a few comments.........

Mt. Zion - Great job! Your show was very energetitic and it kept me entertained all the way through. I can't wait to see yall at Opelika this upcoming weekend!

Warren Central - Wow! Your show had such a wonderful theme. Very powerful ballad. Great song choices too! I loved your show!

Center Grove - You were amazing! Your costumes were outstanding! Spectacular show! You had me wishing I could get up there and tap dance with yall. LOL!

Euclid - This is the first time we have seen you since the 2003 competition season. Yall did so good! I really liked your 80's retro costumes. Very nice!

Watseka - Very nice song choices. I love 80's music and your show included some of my favorite songs. "Anything You Can Do" was crazy cool. LOL! Good job!

Congratulations to everyone! This competition was well worth the 12 hour bus ride it took for us to get there.

Hey, thank you so much .

We all had SO MUCH fun performing in finals at Danville. It was so awesome and such an honor to perform on the same stage as the groups that were in finals. So we just let loose and had a good time .

I can't wait to get the finals DVD.

WOW!!! Go Warren Central! Each year you improve leaps and bounds, I really hope I get the chance to see you this year somehow. I can remember watching your show in 2004 at Showstoppers Chicago when you barely missed finals, and then watching it the next year at I think Mundelein.

Congrats to all groups!
