It's totally fine... our seniors spent about an hour in our homeroom crying about how it was our last competition.

I completely understand this. We all made a pact to not cry on stage in Hawaii (during our ballad, because its very meaningful to all of us..) so that we could give our best performance- but as soon as we were back stage i couldnt think or see- it wasnt even just seniors it was the entire group just balling haha... the choir getting ready to go on stage was like what the heck lol. Weird that its really over

I would just like to say congratulations to EVERYONE that was at our invite this weekend! I had a blast!

Grand Central Station - I am SO glad that I got to host you guys! You were all so nice and fun! I absolutely loved your show! The ballad was phenomenal! Congratulations on grand champs! I love you guys!

I would also like to add that I love the kids from Classic Connection! You guys were so nice (I know I didn't meet all of you, but everyone that I did meet was incredibly nice and friendly!). I can't wait to see you guys again at Best of Show! Also, I watched your show both times on saturday (and I was in the warm up room beforehand both times as well) and I LOVED it. It's one of my favorite shows of this year. "Lady" was absolutely amazing, I've never enjoyed an all guys number that much! haha Sioux Falls rocks!

Yeah, I know a lot of the seniors in our group were crying. A couple of them even started as soon as we got off hit the edge of the curtain after our finals performance. Heck, I'm not even a senior and I cried...I'm gonna miss all our amazing seniors, and it's just sad that it's the end of the season...

I'm going to have so much free time I won't know what to do with myself... O.o

Towards the comment above me. We were thrilled to get best choreography and 1RU. Many of the people in the group are seniors and weren't quite over the performance we had just given before....it was our last one of our high school careers and plenty of us were just down. And if there were people that seemed rude I apologize. We had a great season and are happy with how we placed.

Just some thoughts...

Competition ran smoothly. The night MC was hilarious. He was like a stand up comedian.

But, there was like 4 feet of room behind the risers...it's a little cramped back there.

Waukee...have some spirit people! We wanted you to "shake your booty" and you just stood there and one of your girls was like "no thank you". No harsh feelings, but when you were announced as 1RU, you all didn't say anything and just stood there with long faces. I know NSE always cheers on no matter what placing we get...I think you should have been a little bit more respectful.

The food was good at the competition. It was nice to have two homerooms.

Sioux City East- You guys were just great and awesome. Your show is so cool, I loved Blue Skies!

I would love to see finals scoring and placements by each judge.

As for scoring... North was off second by 1.08 points and off first by 2.99 points. Three judges had us in first place, (Same as GCS), they just had more seconds places.

Best Male Soloist (In a Show): Taurean Reid-Davenport North
Best Male Soloist (Contest)- Joe Maddox-Davenport North

Thankyou Headliners for being such great hosts to us. Your show was amazing!!! and I'm sad it was the only time this year I had the chance to see it. Your ballad made me cry it was so good. It was a great day for Weaver shows lol. We had a great time and thankyou again

Wow...what amazing shows last night.

Waukee - I was so impressed with how clean your choreography was, and your vocals were great. Could definitely tell that Weaver is your choreographer. =D You executed his moves just the way he would want them to be.

Davenport North - This is the second time I've seen your show this year, and I must say, it still manages to get better and better. Your vocals and your choreo were top notch. Congratulations.

Sioux Falls and Aberdeen - Unfortunately, I didn't get to see your shows, though I heard from some others in GCS that you guys were amazing.

And finally, to our amazing hosts...

Sioux City East - Oh my gosh...I was absolutely stunned when I saw your show last night. Your choreography was amazing and your vocals were so beautiful. The soloists in your group were all very, very impressive. I remember telling one of our room hosts after your last exhibition that your ballad made me cry. It was that good.

To our hosts - Thank you guys for all of your help yesterday. (and a special thank you to the one of you who was encouraging me on my solo yesterday. I was really nervous). Your shows yesterday were so great...I've had your songs stuck in my head since last night. =P
