I wasn't too surprised by this. Yes, their show had a lot of energy and really got the crowd excited, but they didn't really have much choreography at all, and what they did have wasn't very clean. There also wasn't much contrast in the vocals throughout.

I really enjoyed the show, but I can see how it would rate lower for judges than it would for audience members.

Yea two of my friends could not stay and watch past their 2nd number. It was interesting because i was msg both of them and they said very similar things. I am so saddened by warren. I though they'd get it together by now..SMH

Well Looks like Charismas day was full of fun, We grats everyone who made finals and wish you good luck in the comp, sad we couldnt make finals, but hey sometimes groups get slapped with 3 judges who want you in night, and 1 that gives you last.

Oh i hope we make it to LC tomorrow, its snowing really hard up here

Snow is no match for the Northrop choirs! Villes de Filles and Charisma are making their departure on this early, brisk morning for an epic journey to LC to compete with the best groups out there. I wish everyone good luck today and I'm looking forward to seeing some awesome choirs! See you there!

Maybe this was already answered in the last three pages of replies, but I haven't had the chance to read them all yet.
Is night finals admission really going to be $15? That's what the web site says. That's a little steep for not attending all day. I've gone for the four past years, and the night finals have never been over $10. I just thought I would check!

The website was in error. $10 for the day session. $10 for finals. $15 for both.

Just found out I'll be able to come Saturday! Can't wait to see Charisma in their last comp this year, I'm sure the show has improved tons since the Classique.

I'm gonna refrain from predictions since I've only seen one of the large mixed choirs, but I'm sure this will be a great day of show choir.

Who is doing DVDs for this comp?

Rutherford Video from Decatur, IL. They did the video work at Center Grove's Best of the Midwest last week.
