For anyone who is looking for a group to host for this invite, GCS would like to request an extremely fun host group! We haven't had the best luck with hosts this year and it would be super fun if we had hosts that were as crazy as us. AKA: dance party? Not sure, but here's to a great competition! I'm so excited to perform and play for this it'll be intense. And i'll finally get to see some shows that i've been wanting too since i am not hosting. Its gonna be awesome! Also am excited to see B Jeff's show going from satanic to singing in the rain in 2 seconds, pretty awesome.
P.S Marty you better sneak the moves in somewhere i'm holding you to that

I don't mean to sound biased, pushy, or anything like that, but I don't think that our choir is getting enough credit. If you've seen Central Singers Inc. before, then you can't really compare our past shows from this one. The choreography is tighter than usual, the vocals are a vast improvement over past years, and we're just overall much better. I also believe that results have shown that we're much better than last year (e.g. Grand Championship and Best Vocals over two very good Cedar Rapids groups). I realize that this is people's opinions, and those who are voicing them seem to know very little about our show. I'm just saying that I'm very confident that we'll be able to make finals. Plus Totino judging has been very good to the Davenport schools.

Jainesville-Craig
Waconia
If they can pull out a good show I would put Cedar Rapids Jefferson in there. Bloomington Jefferson and Papillion both have very legitimate claims to being in finals. This one is quite the toss-up.
Ha, I completely agree with you on this! But, that just means we gotta keep working harder in rehearsal to show them that we are just as good as them. They'll eventually see it how good we are and how hard we've worked. (This may sound somewhat cocky, but it really does suck when people can't get past previous shows, and still think we're just alright when we've really worked hard this year)
