Connie Mulligan is a graduate of Eastern Illinois University where she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education. Ms. Mulligan has been teaching vocal/choral music for over 20 years. Ten of her years were spent at Mt. Zion High School, as well as 8 years in the Springfield and Pekin areas. Most recently, Ms. Mulligan became the vocal/show choir director at Sullivan Jr/Sr High School in 2010. She is a member of Illinois Music Educators Association, was on the staff of the EIU show choir camps for 20 years and has served as an adjudicator for various competitions and festivals, both regionally and nationally. Ms. Mulligan served as a co-director for the FAME All Stars who traveled abroad for two consecutive years to England, France and Italy. She also enjoys working as a free-lance choreographer and clinician. Connie’s biggest love is her two children, Samual and Sydni.
