Michael J. Goodlet is a graduate of Bayfield High School, Bayfield, Wisconsin. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Northland College, Ashland, Wisconsin, where he graduated Cum Laude. Mr. Goodlet began teaching in the School District of Maple in 1991. He received his Master's Degree from Saint Mary's University of Winona, Minnesota in 1997. That same year, he was chosen as the School District of Maple Teacher of the Year. In 2000, he was selected as one of only 88 teachers in the state of Wisconsin to receive the Herb Kohl Fellowship Award for excellence in teaching.
In addition to his duties as choir director for both the middle school and high school, Mr. Goodlet directs the annual musical and coaches drama and forensics. He is also the choir director at First United Methodist Church (Coppertop) in Duluth, Minnesota.
