Antwon Chavis is a freelance Show Choir Choreographer. He has choreographed, designed shows and costumes for multiple schools with single-gender, mixed varsity and prep, in Iowa, Indiana, West Virginia, Nebraska, Missouri, Virginia, Massachusetts, and Ohio.
Antwon has studied dance for the past 28 years and in that time he has become well rounded in the areas of tap, jazz, hip hop, commercial funk, swing, ballroom in addition to much more. Antwon has attended workshops where nationally known professionals showcased their talents including: Darrin Henson (Choreography for NSync), Chet Walker (Choreography for Annie Get Your Gun and Fosse), Barry Lather (Staging for Brian Boitano), Niesha Folks (Choreography for Gap Khakis Swing Commercials), Chris Judd (Choreography for Jennifer Lopez), and various others.
In the past ten years his groups won over 175 Best Choreography Awards and multiple Best Show Design awards across the Midwest and at National competitions.
