Originally from southern California, Jennifer Fulkerson received her Bachelor of Arts in Music Education, with distinction and Magna Cum Laude honors, from Sonoma State University in 2005. She went on to teach award-winning ensembles at the Marin School of the Arts, Petaluma High School, and Santa Rosa High School in Sonoma County. After relocating to Roseville with her husband, Mrs. Fulkerson enjoyed teaching piano and voice from her home while raising their 3 boys.
Mrs. Fulkerson joined Antelope High School in 2013 and currently directs six choral ensembles. The choirs at Antelope High School are devoted to the preparation and performance of traditional and contemporary music literature, ranging from Historical Sacred to Contemporary Broadway. Not only is the goal of each choir to achieve a high degree of learning and performing excellence, but for each student to understand the value of commitment and follow-through.
