Mariah K. Spiry joined the staff of Seguin High School as the associate director of choirs in 2014. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education - Choral Music from Baylor University. Prior to teaching at Seguin High School, Ms. Spiry assisted with Baylor’s choral ensembles, including Concert Choir and Bella Voce. At Baylor, Ms. Spiry served as a guest harpist for several ensembles as well as singing and playing for the community. She has also worked as a Baylor All-State Choir Camp counselor for three summers and assisted with UIL workshops at area schools. While in Waco, Ms. Spiry served as a worship leader for St. Francis Catholic Church. Ms. Spiry maintains active memberships in the American Choral Director’s Association, the Texas Choral Director’s Association, and the Texas Music Educator’s Association.
