Mary Bartemes, a Dowling alum ('10), has been the Assistant Director of the Dowling Catholic Choral Program since 2016. She received her Bachelors of Music Education from Drake University with a focus in voice and piano.
Mary directs the 9th grade Concert Choir and Dimensions Show Choir. An active local musician, she also has accompanied, performed, and music directed several musicals across Des Moines area community theatres and schools. She lives with her husband Theodore and son James.
