Miss Wissink received her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in May 2015. While at UNL, Miss Wissink enjoyed participating in the choirs, campus band, and orchestra while also serving as president of University Singers and president of the Undergraduate Student Advisory Board in the Glenn Korff School of Music. As Assistant Vocal Music Director at Lincoln East High School, Miss Wissink teaches 9th Grade Women’s Choir, Blue Shades, Jazz Choir, and East’s prep show choir, Elevation. In addition, she teaches Chamber Strings and Music Technology, while also assisting Mr. Tom Thorpe and Mr. Paul Kenney with the band program at East.
