Mr. Eichenberger is the Director of Choirs at Central High School. He was previously the Vocal Music Director at Joplin High School and Springfield Catholic High School. Mr. Eichenberger’s choirs and ensembles consistently receive exemplary ratings at contests and his private students regularly sing on collegiate and professional stages. “Mr. E’s” groups have performed at a variety of local and regional venues as well as having the privilege to perform for the President of the United States. In addition to his teaching, Mr. Eichenberger is Music Minister at Westminster Presbyterian Church and Artistic Director of the Boys Choir of Springfield.
Prior to a teaching career, Mr. Eichenberger spent 11 years as a professional performer. He has had the privilege of working with Tony nominees, Grammy winners, and American Idol finalists.
Mr. Eichenberger received his Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Hastings College (Nebraska). He completed his Masters in Music and Masters of Arts in Teaching at Missouri State University.
