Justin Ranek attended Bishop Heelan Catholic High School in Sioux City Iowa, where he was involved in choir, show choir, madrigal, jazz choir, motet, Iowa All-State, band, jazz band, multi-cultural club, JETs competition, and many other curricular and co-curricular opportunities. After graduating from high school in 2005, he attended Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa. While at Briar Cliff, Justin studied Music, Education, and Theater. He was involved in Concert Choir, Chamber Choir, Cliff Hangers, Troubadors, Peer Advising Leaders (PALs) and Resident Assistants (RAs). Justin graduated from Briar Cliff in 2009 with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Music with a K-12 Teaching Certification.
Since graduation, Justin has taught music to all ages in both Iowa and Wisconsin. Justin now live in Sturgeon Bay with his wife, son, and dog, Keno.
