Reza Azizi is in his fourth year of teaching and has been singing and performing for 14 years. After graduating from Plano Senior High School, he attended Texas Christian University to pursue music further. While a member of the TCU Chorale, Mr. Azizi had the opportunity to sing at Carnegie Hall with the New York Pops, as well as Bass Hall with the Fort Worth Symphony. He performed with the Fort Worth Opera for several seasons and also attended the American Institute of Musical Studies in Graz, Austria, for a summer. Since graduating with his Bachelor of Music Education, magna cum laude, Mr. Azizi has taught at Bailey Junior High in Arlington, and then served as the Head Choir Director at North Ridge Middle School in North Richland Hills. He holds memberships with TMEA, TCDA, Mu Phi Epsilon, and Pi Kappa Lambda. He is currently completing his Master of Music Education degree at Texas Tech University. Mr. Azizi teaches the Choralier Women, Bel Canto Women, JV Mixed Choir, and assists in directing Bell System. He is thrilled to be a part of the choral excellence and tradition of Bell High School.
