Mrs. Erica Colter is the Director of Choral Activities at Whiteland Community High School. She graduated from Ball State University in 2006 with a degree in Music Education. Her first five years of teaching experience were spent at Center Grove Middle School North. She has been at Whiteland ever since and loves it! Under her direction, the WCHS Choirs have earned numerous Gold Division Ratings at ISSMA events, Rhythm Masters has grown and achieved great success at show choir competitions, and the program has grown to 7 choirs. The WCHS music department as a whole has received the ISSMA All-Department Music Award multiple times. She currently resides in Greenwood with her husband, Josh, and their beautiful daughter, Charlotte.
