Seems as though the Dynamics really did win Grand Champion. They called our director to tell them we placed 3rd instead, but while reviewing the scores again, they found that the Dynamics really did win Grand Champion and Best Vocals, and also won Best Choreography.

A tabulation error in the JH comp resulted in the following
1) EPG
2) Sullivan
3) Manteno
The results after the error was found and corrected.
1) Sullivan (tie w/ Manteno but wins on vocal points)

I don't know what's worse...having your kids walk away dejected because they received 2nd or 3rd when they thought they would do better, or receiving a GC trophy, celebrating and then having to give it back for a 3rd place trophy.

A huge congratulations to Sullivan. Singers won their first grand championship since Danville of 2009, Singers Jr. won their third grand championship of the year, and New Generation won a Grand Championship to finish off their season. It will very interesting to see Sullivan next year.
