The chart above is an aggregate of all current predictions made by participating showchoir.com members. The closer in size two segments of the circle are, the tighter the predicted race is between the choirs they represent.
Ooo this looks competitive. Here are my predictions for the varsity mixed.
GC: Ankeny Centennial "Spectrum" (BV, BC)
1ru: Urbandale "Studio"
2ru: Valley "Choralation"
3ru: Ankeny Centennial "Vortex"
4ru: Indianola "Side One"
5ru: SEP "RAMification"
I could also see Valley getting best vocals, and Liberty making finals over SEP. The prep division also looks very intriguing considering there are two new groups in the lineup.
I think with addition of "Amplification" Valley is now one of only a few schools with three mixed groups. The only schools, with three mixed groups that I know of are Ankeny Centennial and Johnston, if you count their 9th grade group.
Pretty impressive vocal music departments for some of these schools to have so many competitive ensembles. Just to add to your list, Lincoln Southwest has three mixed groups and both Waukee and Northwest basically do too with Timberline/Prairieview. It was not that long ago that Ankeny Centennial actually had four (!!!) mixed high school groups and kinda broke our classification system on SCC. That sure was a "new one" for us at the time to solve.

Toss up Between Ankeny Centennial and Valley for “Best vocals”
