That stinks. It looks crazy cold out there, but in picking a handful of these cities, I don't see any precipitation in the area. Is it just really slick on the roads?

In addition to Westside's prep groups, Sioux Falls Washington and Chamberlain also aren't able to make it today. Mitchell's three host performances have been pushed back to after Troy's performance with awards set for 5:45 pm.
There was a 30 car pile up on the interstate with 6 jack knifed semis. At times you could not see the front hood of your car. No new precipitation but the worst roads and conditions I've ever experienced.
