These groups are amazing but I honestly think last night needs to be relooked at. You guys have schools come in with 25ish kids go up against 60-90 kids and sorry but there are a lot of people who don't agree with something's. Yeah yeah I am a mom but I do know when stuff sounds great and looks great. On top of it to be the best you don't need tons of props. Way to go to all the kids!
So are the women groups going against the mixed???? And for middle school do we have them all going against each other even though some are bigger or are all same sex.
The schedule did not indicate separate divisions for the middle school competition. As for Saturday, there are separate mixed and women's divisions but typically at an event with finals in the South, they take the top 5 overall scores regardless of division, so yeah womens groups are competing against mixed groups for those finalist spots and overall placements.
