If you are looking for an in-person event in northeast Ohio, please consider the Medina Midwest Showcase. We received health department approval this week for an in-person, festival-style event. Instead of head to head rankings, we are looking into a rating system like our OMEA system of I (Superior), II (Excellent), etc. We plan also on lots of caption awards.

I'm very excited to share that our proposal includes an option of watching other performances (after yours) via video feed here at MHS (we have some large spaces that can be assigned to individual schools as needed). Our date has moved to April 10. Our entry form has more details about the event and a link to our health department proposal. We want you to have as much information as possible before you register.

Our virtual solo and ensemble competition will be available to schools who participate in-person as well as those who cannot. The form talks a bit about that, but more information will be out soon.

Check out our entry form for more information
