I have a very close relationship with this mess. All of the allegations were NOT true. Many if not most of the allegations had very loose evidence and Byron Sabree had his own documents refuting many of the findings. There never actually was a trial as the side for the prosecution failed to show up for any meeting regarding the findings by Sabree.

The first batch of DVDs went out about a week ago. We just finished duplicating the second set and should have them out by Monday. Please spread the word so people know that they're on their way. The entire competition is 6 discs long so it took a little while to duplicate, but like I said before it was important to my team and I that we get everyone a copy of their performances.
PLEASE feel free to message me if you don't get your copy by August 12th at the latest. I can only send them to the people I received orders from, and I'm afraid there are people who ordered them that I didn't get the forms for. Just let me know and we'll make arrangements.

I've been able to work with the video production people and get the footage of the show, and will actually be sending out DVDs to everyone who ordered them. Not sure how charges are going to work, or anything like that, all that I care about is getting the DVDs out.
A few amazing people from my team that endured the very long day of Finale will work on getting them duplicated and mailed out in the coming weeks.

So now that it has been more than a month... Do we have any conclusion? Where is the money now? Is there any chance of getting money back for what we didn't get?
I wish i had faith left in anyone associated with this competition, but I just don't see these DVD's showing up, and I feel awful for all the kids who wanted them, especially seniors.
