How can you make predictions if you haven’t seen all the competitors? I’m trying to figure this out.

I tend to look at how they've placed against groups I have seen, as well as a little extra research into the group's record. I'm rarely right, though, so maybe don't follow my lead. It is always hard because you don't always know who the judges were at those comps, which makes a difference, too.
