I don’t know Verda or anything about her other than what her bio says, but I think this was absolutely uncalled for. It sounds like you have some kind of personal vendetta against her. This is not the place to air your grievances against another person. When people get on here, they don’t want to see this kind of caustic comment. Let’s continue to support one another and this awesome performance art we all love.

What an amazing competition with an exceptional line up, uniting three huge groups that rarely meet plus others. It was an honor to be a part of it. Every single show in finals that night was phenomenal, not to mention a truly exceptional ballad from Fishers Electrum that continues to wow the audience throughout their season. Just to add to this competition, Carroll Minstrel Magic received Most Creative Show and Best Male Soloist went to Wilson Smith from Center Grove Sound System. Judges included Shane Coe and Jennifer Gulsvig for visuals (already added) and Verda Slinkard and Jena Adrianson for vocals!

After watching prelims every group in finals definitely deserves to be in it, however i am very upset to see fishers not make it, their ballad was out of this world. Still cannot wait to see how the cookie crumbles at finals.
