I just can't even express how difficult it is to predict placements. All of the groups were very good and hard to compare to each other. Thanks to Haakon, Alex, and Adam for a superb live stream event, which made my Saturday amazing!

Two of my favorite moments all day long have been Wheaton Warrenville South's girl's song and Millard West's closer. WWS The Classics "I Ran (So Far Away)" is such a good number. I loved the arrangement, the gongs, the cape choreography, the fit in the show - it was just hauntingly beautiful. Millard West is a new fave and I enjoyed their entire show, but that Stephen Todd choreo in the closer, the dubstep, that band. DANG.

Great job by Haakon and crew! Camera work looks really good for the performances and Alex and Adam are terrific.

Real shame that the lighting onstage couldn't be better, however. Anyone on the top rows are completely in the dark.

Well guys I missed Nationals last week, so I have decided to come to HOA Today and I can't wait to see some really good show choir. I only know like three of these groups (which is a shame) but I'm gonna attempt to make a prediction.

GC:Hastings "Riverside Co."
1RU:Wheaton Warrenville South "The Classics"
2RU:Millard West "West in the Groove"
3RU:Whiteland "Rhythm Masters"
4RU:Anderson "Vocal Infusion"
5RU:South Jones "Company"

It's gonna be weird going to a competition and not competing, but I think these great groups will make up for that. Good Luck to everyone competing today, and remember to have fun!
