The schedule for finals on the feed has the schedule as it was announced but I dont believe that is correct. hearing from the competition that groups were given different times. Anyone verify??

Seems like they updated it... also seems like it could be in opposite order of day placements.

7:35pm - Finalist Northside Establishment
8:00pm - Finalist High Heeled Harmony
8:25pm - Finalist Flight
8:50pm - Finalist Visual Adrenaline

9:40pm - Finalist Entourage

Can a group make finals it if they share performers that are in both a Single-Gender and a mixed group? I thought there were strict Iowa rules about that.

The rules were changed several years ago that members can serve in both a co-ed group and single gender group.

Ah thanks! Thats good to know! Plus that means only one mixed group so schools cant use people in their prep and varsity so thats a positive! thanks

I'm assuming this is in reference to us. To set the record straight, we have ZERO shared performers between our groups. We have 85 girls in show choir at NNHS.

Since one is a mixed show choir and one is a single gender show choir students may participate in both. This rule has now been clarified in Iowa. A student cannot be in two show choirs of the same type (two mixed, two single treble show choirs, etc.).
