No because I remember the Papillion Prep group didnt get any placings. I think now that it was one of the Elkhorn groups that got 4th, because the people in the blue looked sort of bummed.

Day Results:
1st place: Hastings
2nd place: Grand Island
3rd place: Lincoln Southwest
4th place: Papillion
5th place: Davenport Central
6th place: Millard West

Our placings from individual judges during the day round were a little bit.....strange to put it.

One judge had us at 2nd, 1 point behind first
Another one had us at 4th, 4 points behind first
The last one had us at 9th, Idk how many points behind first

Prep Results
1st Place: ???
2nd Place: Group with the Orange dresses I dont know their name
3rd Place: Davenport Central "Blue Vibes"
4th Place: Millard West(I think?)

Womens Results
1st Place: Papillion

If someone could help me out with the points, and the rest of the standings that would be awesome. Good job everybody

1st place for the prep was lincoln southwest,
2nd was Millard West Swing Cats.
4th I think was "Papillion in Motion"

Hamilton Video I think its called

I've never heard of them so I couldn't tell ya. If it was the company who does all of our stuff it would be like 2-3 weeks but I have no clue. Sorry

there were no captions...it was sort of a weird competition.
nice, nevertheless, but quite unorthodox.

I heard the directors were told that there would be captions... so it was a suprise for all!! Oh well... still an amazing competion. Well organized considering it's a relatively new competition. Hope to go back next year.

Spent Friday night in Omaha, and then left right after finals on a 6 hour bus ride. It was a very fun competition, and we had a dance train throughout the whole school and cafeteria

I also LOVE Lincoln Southwest's show. I can't believe that you guys got 5th in finals(although I didn't see any other groups)

I HAD SUCH A GREAT WEEKEND!!! we technically stayed in La Vista which is where papillion high school is right?

For all practical purposes Papillion and La-Vista are just about the same. They are technically seperate cities but they share a high school, with the high school being in Papillion.

But really, not something to worry about. It's all Omaha to me.

Here are the predicitions that me and my home skillet (ATSChicks) came up with:
GC: Hastings
1RU: Papillion
2RU: Grand Island NW
3RU: Lincoln SW
4RU: Millard West
5RU: Lewis Central

BV: Hastings
BC: Papillion
BB: Hastings/Lincoln SW

We know little to nothing about Davenport Central so we didn't know where to put them.

I think we did decent with those JJ. Just flip Papillion and GINW and put it Davenport Central who we didn't know about and there ya go.

This was a great competition, and my best overnight by far. All the other groups were really fun and supportive, and our hosts were amazing. I didn't get to see many other groups because the auditorium was so crowded, but I heard great things! Thanks for having us, Gretna.

Did you guys stay in Omaha or Gretna?

Congrats to everyone and I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of you this week at our competition. Best of luck!
