All I can say about this competition is that Beavercreek is never a disappointment. I have seen three or four of your past shows and I have always been amazed. No offense intended to Marysville, but if I was in charge that competition would've been owned by Beavercreek. But, what I think doesn't matter. I'm just a college kid. Obviously the judges saw something I didn't. So, way to go Marysville, but Beavercreek has my heart. :-D

I just wanted to thank everyone who has supported us this year. And a VERY special thanks to all those people that I met my freshman year who have continued to cheer us on through good shows and bad. You are rock stars! You don't even understand how much improvement stems from just having y'all there.

FAIRFEILD! You run and AMAZING competition! I am pleased to say that it would have been an amazing last competition even if we hadn't come out on top. Of course that did have a little something to do with it though.

EDGEWOOD! I'm sad to say that I didn't get the chance to see your show all year! BUT! I purchased finals, sooo...in about 4 weeks I will be able to enjoy you in all your glory. I met some of your members and everyone seemed nice. I loved how this competition was more or less free of hostil rivalries. We're all in competition but that doesn't mean we can't be friendly. I think you guys really understand that.

COLERAIN! You guys...I don't even own enough socks for you guys to rock. (that is the weirdest thing I have ever said.) But really...you are such a great group of people. Your show is amazing. I love the way it flows. We've seen you multiple times this year and you just keep getting better. Trust me, I would never say anything for the sake of being nice. You really are great. AND I love your clothes!

PELL CITY! This is the first time I have ever seen you! My dad had a business meeting in your town a few weeks ago. He mentioned something about it and I almost died of laughter. Small world. ANYWAYZ! Your ballad soloist was great and I loved the white. I am continually impressed with all these Alabama groups. You have some great stuff going on there. Keep it up! I hope to see y'all in Ohio in the future!

BEAVERCREEK! First of all I love MILLIE. My friend was in it on Broadway. You all do it great. I heart the airplane in the beginning! It's phenomenal!!! On a more persinal note: Hi Sarah!!!

MANCHESTER! I saw you at Twinsburg last year and you just get better. You can't even imagine the state of shock i was in when i saw your closer outfits. I love your dresses and the fact that your shoes match...well, that's just the icing on the cake. I really enjoyed your show. I know that some people weren't so forgiving about being like Findlay and such, but that's not your fault. In any case, I think you were great. The feathers are the coolest and I applaud you for being so vocally strong and not having a back drop like us. You don't lose sight of what show choir is really about...CHOIR! You are great!

Once again, thanks everyone! Fairfield was wonderful!

I can't wait to watch my DVD! YEA!

I just want to say congrats to the Swingers Unlimited!!! You totally rocked, I'm so proud of you guys, I knew you could do it.

congrats also to all the other choirs, you all did great!

Manchester- I had never seen you before, but I was suprised when I recognized parts of your show. Then I realized that your choreographer recycled his moves. I'm sorry you have to have bits and pieces from other peoples old shows. You did a great job, I was impressed.

Yesterday was so much fun! All besides me being sick and all, but I got better by the end of the day. The dance was kinda bogus since the chaperones wouldn't leave us alone. Other than that, it was AWESOME! Congratulations to everyone! I couldn't have asked for a cleaner competition. Everyone was supportive of everyone, which is the way it should be! Be proud of what you got! Don't let anyone take it from you!

Thanks again!

Amy

It's not Marysville's first ever GC, but its been awhile. This is the first GC for the graduating class, just to give an idea.

No Hard feelings show choirguy!  It's a preference thing and this is easily understood.

Congrats to everyone who performed. Can't wait to get the tape! (thanks mike for the other one)

Yeah, Marysville won Grand Champion at the Coshocton competition way back in 2000...because Hurricane got a penalty dry.gif
