does anyone know who did the video at Chicagoland and if you can order one?

Probably Rutherford PhotoVideo (217) 877-1207. They did it last year, I dunno about this year.

So did anyone here Rico Legaspi?  I have never heard anyone like that before.  People can say Josh Groban, but I know he's better.  I heard this David Tahere guy as well last year, he sang To Where You Are.  He's great! If I could compare a high school student to Rico, Tahere comes close.  But if you want to know what real singing is and someone that will make you cry while driving home to Springfield, I swear on my life Rico is probably the greatest eighteen year old.  I heard something about Star Search too.  Rico?  Is that true?

I think Rico is awesome... but David is awesomer in my book! lol

Rico? ARE YOU GOING ON STAR SEARCH???? THAT WOULD BE AWESOME MAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All I can say is buy the Chicagoland DVD. His solo at Fort Atkinson is way different than when he won at Chicagoland. I didn't think anyone could beat David either. Trust me. I don't know if I can be anymore sincere. Jorge your an amazing support to David, but watch the DVD. I love you both though!

lol... We are just both very bias... where is Randy, Paula, and Simon when you need them!

Does anyone know if photos were taken of this comp and posted anywhere? Sometimes you can go to a photographers website and see all kinds of still shots. I'd like to see the pics of Petal, Prospect, & Eisenhower.

Any ideas?

Hey Prospect & EEE,

I thought I'd post this quote from a Petal Soundsation. It was in the Southern Forum...I thought you might miss it. So, I'm copying it to this post for you to see:

By PetalProdigy -

First of All the Petal High School Soundsations would like to Congratulate everyone who was in competition in the Chi-Town Showcase. Everbody's performances were jaw dropping and just all around amazing.

Prospect, you guyzzz ROCK MY SOX...OHMYGOSH...i have never seen a show choir with your intensity and Vocals that you guys have. You guys really shocked me. At First i was like, ok they are directed by a football coach how good can they be...But when i saw and heard you guys i was floored...When they called best Vocals i knew you guys had it....Congratulations are in order for you from hence on....you guys are great.

Elite Energy, you guys rock also. I love the contemporary styles you bring to the stage like Crazy in Love....now thats just freakin great...Its definately an audience favorite....

As for everyone else, congratulations and may you all be blessed

Tremaine

Man nobody can hold down sixth place like cavs " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" /> We represent when we get sixth. We're thinkin about makin shirts that say can't touch six. lol. well it was fun. And the girl that won solo comp. was amazing. i wonder if she posts b/c she definitly deserved to win.
