Yeah, Heather Simpson (as of July 2003, it was Heather Zirkman) is now the assistant director at Warren Central. I never made the whole sailing connection lol, because I know that is TC's theme this year, and that it was WC's theme in 2001.

They're student choreographed this year...ugh. I'll see their show this year for the first time at Bishop-Luers this Saturday.

They are using Warren Central's huge boat with some modifications. I think Triton Central's previous director is now at Warren Central - thus the boat idea. There show isn't bad this year. In my opinion, there just is not enough movement for show choir. Their opening number seems to have a lot of unison passages which makes it easier to sing.

Strange...Warren Central's mixed group had a big boat for their set in 2001, it was kinda cool though.

it reminded me of ben davis's show a few years ago when they had a giant boat as their backdrop.

Here are the results from the finals at the Princeton Music Classic.

Grand Champion: Edgewood "Music Warehouse"
1st Runner-up: Castle "Knight Sensations"

BD was at Princeton the last time they held a comp....in 2001...
How did it go? Nicely run? Good time? I know when we went, it was a blast!

Edgewood Music Warehouse swept the three big awards from prelims

Best Vocals
Best Choreo
Outstanding Show
(So I have heard)
And that Edgewood had 3 groups in Finals out of 6 spots
