Only 3 schools here. Poca, Ross, and Hoover. Still doing finals

I know that a 2nd group has also dropped out..I don't know who it is yet other than it's not Poca. Will post when I know more.

Unfortunately due to weather, Cabell Midland just got the word they will not be making the trip to Riverside. Best of luck to all other groups today.
So disappointing..was excited to see how the competition went with them there.

Hoover
Poca
Cabell-Midland

It will be interesting to see who takes this one! It seems like Cabell would be most likely to win, based on the results of this festival for the past couple years, but Poca has been practicing hard despite the water crisis and inclement weather, and it's certainly anyone's game!

I can't begin to guess the BV, BC, BB captions, but I will say Poca has some strong solos this year, and my money's on them to take at least one Best Soloist award.

It would be cool to see a new GC. Captions will def be a toss up..Ive heard good things about VV. Go St.C! Rep it up
Good luck to all groups competing! Let the WV season begin

P.S. I would give anything for this festival to cut out the excessive breaks. It really makes time go by so slowly, especially with only 6 groups competing.

The performance schedule for the first West Virginia competition of the season (this weekend!) has been posted above. There will be 4 finalists and final awards will be announced around 8:30 PM.

Still looking for a competition in January. Riverside Fusion Fest January 25th still open. Great venue.
