Wow. 30 competing groups and completed by 10 PM? That is incredibly efficient! Thanks for all the prelim information. I believe everything has been added above!

Muscatine swept the captions, but I didn't catch the female soloist's name. Sorry! And P Hill rec'd best male solo.

Managed to track down the finalist groups (albeit not in performance order) for this one, but no full results yet.

I love to see all these Missouri/Kansas choirs becoming known, though. It wasn't that long ago I couldn't name more than one or two choirs from those states. Hopefully it continues to grow!
I agree, Ethan! I am so amazed every single time I put together a Missouri event that 1) There are SO many of these show choirs now that are just so under the radar and 2) These choirs are so severely underrepresented on this site.

I'll be interested to see how this one sorts out.

I've been to many competitions that have ended 11pm or later so this will be a nice one!

Anyone have any predictions?

don't know near enough about most of these groups to make complete predictions.

I would expect Muscatine and Pleasant Hill finish top 2, though, in some order.

Final awards at 9:30!?!? That is a GOD SEND! Most competitions in the upper midwest tend to push 11:00! One time, my high school's competition had the last finalist going on around midnight!

Why are they putting all of the "small" woman/prep schools in the large gym and the "bigger" 3A/4A/5A groups in the auditorium? They usually do the opposite of that (the big groups in the gym, women/prep in auditorium).

Looks like a VERY long day as well with awards roughly 9:30 at best.

Thanks for the awesomely clear schedule! I appreciate it! I forgot how mammoth Missouri competitions usually are - 30 competing groups in mid-January. Great way for some of these show choirs to start the season!
