There was a correction made from last night's results at tonight's competition. They announced that they would be awarding a Grand Champion trophy to Lee-Davis "Madrijazz" in the B Division. They didn't re-rank the groups, so I guess they are co-champions with Patrick Henry.
Also, I posted the Single-Gender results under the Day Two topic, but here they are as well.

how many groups are making it to finals?
I didn't figure there were Finals here. Daytime awards aren't until 10:30 PM according to the schedule so that would push this competition way late. Speaking of daytime awards, anyone hear anything yet?
Not a bad prediction. I'm interested to see what Winston Churchill is like. It's been a while since they have competed in Virginia, but they used to always place well back in the day.
I was also surprised Thomas Dale didn't make finals at MASS so I could see them placing as well.
This competition definitely has the top groups in Virginia, so it is going to be a great one!!
New Info -- Tickets for Fans, Friends, and Family coming in to the Classic are $8.
There will be plenty of seating in our special "Priority Seating" area, circulated so that each groups' fans get an opportunity to see their performers up and close! (And take plenty of pictures (NO FLASH!) )
On February 28th and March 1st, Powhatan HS in Powhatan, VA, will be hosting the 10th Annual "Show Choir Classic"!!
We are excited to be hosting 31 show choirs from Virginia and Maryland over this two day event!
This year, the competition will feature newly upgraded technical elements in our stellar 920+ seat auditorium, including dynamic new concert lighting, a strong new digital sound system, professional DVD's from "Real 2 Reel Videos", an "After Action" video replay room, classrooms for every group to utilize (on Friday after-school and Saturday), and performances from TWO of James Madison Universitys' premier a cappella groups -- Exit 245 and Note-oriety!
