I wasn't there to see it, but I'm sure everybody was fabulous and I know it must have been a tight competition. Congrats to all the groups, and a special congrats to the Swingers! So proud! <3 Looking forward to seeing many more fabulous groups at Marysville next weekend :D

This seems like it was a close competition! Usually best vocals takes home GC, but Marysville did it with best choreo! I'm very impressed. Super excited to see both Solon's and Marysville's shows this Saturday!

I was under the impression that it wasn't a swap? Heard that Solon had best band in the morning, but didn't have best vocals until finals, with Marysville having best show and choreo the whole time.

It turns out, with the 4 captions given at the event, Marysville and Solon swapped their captions in finals. Marysville won choreo by 6 points and Solon was ahead in vocals by several, along with a mere 1 point separating their combo scores with Marysville's at night. My oh my, it was a close competition. I didn't get to see Solon's show, but I can assume it was pretty amazing!

Congratulations to Marysville on your win ! Congrats to Solon as well who has turned in to a BV BB machine. Based on the captions I assume this one had to be really close. Looking forward to seeing both groups this year!

I think the finals results should be the Edgewood "Choraliers" instead of "Music Warehouse".
Also correct.

I'dike to give shoutout to the Piqua show choir community for hosting such a fine event. I've been to A LOT of show choir comps since 2007 and I cannot remember one that was any better managed and as timely as this one! Two thumbs up!

Fixed. Garret mentioned "Olentangy," not "Olentangy Orange," so there was some confusion.

Congratulations to Solon, heard they had a good show and nothing went wrong tech-wise! Glad to see the best combo title remains defended after all this time, especially with so many new faces in the band.
Heard all the other choirs were fantastic too, I'm sure the night was excellent!

Hey I just noticed but the Olentangy on the groups attending is listed under the keynotes instead of the other one. Congrats swingers! Very proud to see this win!
