Anyone else think it was weird that they didn't do best soloist awards? Maybe they forgot to order the trophies.

The "Best Performer" award was the "Best Male / Female" soloist award.

You are correct. It was 496, not 498. Just a typo on Adams part.

Another interesting point...

Hannibal and Muscatine placed behind Davenport West at Keokuk a few weeks back. Last weekend, Dav. North placed ahead of Davenport West at Western Dubuque. Yet, Dav. North placed behind Muscatine at Mt. Pleasant earlier this season.

This competition is a real toss up.

Good luck to all competing groups.

I think top two will be (no order)

Davenport North
Muscatine

I haven't seen Hannibal in two years, so I have no idea. They could pop into top two..

anyone else have any input?

I don't know alot about these groups, but it doesn't seem to be that tough of a schedule. Davenport North should have a pretty easy shot at finals. This Hannibal school interests me. The rest I really know nothing about.
