congratulations albertville! i enjoyed competing with you and i enjoyed your show!

Thank you! It was a pleasure competing with yall. Your show is fantastic and so full of energy! My favorite part was the Stevie Wonder medley. Who knew "Higher Ground" would make such a good show choir song. Congratulations to all of you!

Tupelo has a fine show this year. They have some AMAZING soloists! And the choreography, the last half of the show especially, will be hard for anyone to beat this year. Good luck to you all next week!

Tupelo was my favorite group of the day, after the day, i knew they were going to be in second, but they totally stepped it up in the finals and I thought they definitely had it in the bag. I know it had to be really close. Hide and Seek was absolutely amazing, and the stevie wonder medley was awesome. Their opener was the only thing that brought them down for me, not because of how they performed, i just think it was a bad arrangement, but overall it was a great show.

Albertville was also very good, they definitely had the best overall production of the day, the beginning of Black Parade was epic. The rest of their show was just good for me. I liked the building of the set during the show and the costume were beautiful, but overall I was surprised by their victory, don't get me wrong, they were great, but i thought tupelo would've had the edge.

Someone tell me about Tupelo... How were they compared to Tupelos of the past? What was their show?

I completely agree there's like NO powerhouse groups going this year. said day.

Why would you say something like that? It's disrespectful to every choir competing. I'm sorry but there is no room for hidden (and not so hidden) comments like that in friendly posting. I usually never say anything but this should be corrected. Every choir prepares so hard and saying that no one good, or no "powerhouse" will be there puts down every group there. Unless you are from Clinton (you aren't) , I know for a fact you have no room WHATSOEVER talking about powerhouses...as does no one else.

On another more FRIENDLY note, congratulations to everyone who performed at Belmont yesterday. It truly is a wonderful competition!

well i just made it home from music city show shoppe. i just wanted to post that I strongly disagree with the outcome. I enjoyed being a spectator not associated with any choir. Tupelo's show was amazing. I could not believe how great they danced. It is the best choreo I have seen this year. Their ballad was a capella "hide and seek". It was unreal. I think tupelo should have won by far. But, congrats to albertville. you guys have a great closer.

Who were the other finalists?
