Oh jeez Brett...everybody seems to have us in their top three....i sure hope we don't let them down.... we deserve to win too! we've worked so hard this year!!!!! i feel so special being ranked so high....go us!
I guess I don't see what is so good about Celebration except for the the guy soloists and cute orange costumes. I've seen them a couple of times. Their "Proud Mary" doesn't come close to the one Center Stage did two years ago with the girl who was so much like Tina Turner and the choreography that shook the house. I won't forget that number.
Whats up with these directors pulling the groups out of the competition... To most of these kids, they take this little competition serisously cause it may be their last competition....ever! Oh well.... My predictions:
Celebration!
BV
Eastlake
Helix
Serrano
Serrano, I feel for you guys, thats a long bus ride. I had a friend who went their, Shelly Burk, any of you still talk to her, let me know. Thanks.
I don't know who is going to win because I never understand the difference. You never know who is going to win on any given sunday...oh, wait, thats football, but still, I've seen a lot of good choirs that people didn't give the time of day, and I've seen some crap choirs *Burroughs didn't impress me all that much* that people absolutely adore, so I am gonna go with the least likely candidate Serrano because no one has seen them which gives them a minor advantage.
If the sound system has problems I AM GOING TO LAUGH MY BUTT OFF!!!Only people from Ramona would understand what I'm talking about, more than most Tucker......
I think it will be a very close competition. I really couldn't predict an outcome though.
All i have to say is don't underestimate the underdogs. Groups like Helix and Eastlake can come out of nowhere and give everyone a run for thier money.
Go Underdogs!
