I think I might be able to attend this competition now... given my lung doesn't collapse again. I'm thoroughly excited to see what talent comes to Kennedy now that I have finally seen the Kennedy groups!

I wish I could at least come to finals for this one. But that would mean wishing "West Connection" doesn't make finals at Western Dubuque... and that would just be down right bad. So... good luck to allllll groups! Especially Totino!

I still need to catch Urbandale!

after this weekend, I am going to predict:

GC: Urbandale
1st Runner Up: Totino Grace
2nd Runner Up: Cedar Rapids Jefferson
3rd Runner Up: Cedar Rapids Washington
4th Runner Up: Xavier
5th Runner Up: Dubuque Wahlert

Best Band: Totino Grace (only caption I'm going to guess...)

But I am very excited to see Urbandale, Jefferson, Xavier and Wahlert for the first time this year (and you could count Totino... since it seems they have improved leaps and bounds...)
