Just curious, where was Johnston Synergy placed? Were they pretty much all 5th places? Just wondering. We were super excited that we did so well.

My director let me look at the judge's ballots yesterday.
We (ATSC) had four 1st places, one 2nd place, and two 4th places.

Jefferson had (I believe) four 2nd places, two 1st places, and one 5th place. I'm pretty sure I'm right about the 2nd and 1st places but I'll try to check again. But I know I saw the 5th place.

And the only other one I looked at was Millard West, who had all 7th places. I felt bad for them.

I'll try to look at it again to get more information, but this is all I know right now.

What a crazy competition it was!

I know ATSC had 4 1st place votes and then I heard they got 1 or 2 4th place votes and I think a 2nd. Don't quote me on that though. I also heard Jefferson got 3 1st place votes and then as stated earlier a forth and got 3 2nd's. Again don't quote me on that.....
THIS MAY NOT ALL BE TRUE. THESE ARE JSUT SOME FACTS THAT I HAVE HEARD

PS. Just watched Ralston's finals show from SCE on Trey's facebook. That Justin Beiber being murdered moment? Just as funny the second time seeing it.

I dislike Justin Beiber. Heard today that he asked Rhianna out on a date and she turned him down because he's too young. 1) HA. 2) DUDES PLAYIN AROUND ON SELINA COME ON SHES SEXY.

ANYWAY

Talking to people from the groups here. Judge's finals placings were legit all over the place. In fact, only ONE group had a constant placing by all judges (that was Millard West). None of the other groups were consistently placed where they finished, and in fact, the top 4 (at least) were ALL over the place. Wackiest judging I've ever seen. Sounds like each judge enjoyed and preferred something different than the others. But it made for an extremely awesome, fun, and EVEN competition!

I'm glad I do, but that's not my goal. My goal is to raise awareness of Bieber Bashers everywhere. JUSTICE FOR J BIEBS

Loved this comp! Congrats to everyone there! Omaha, I didn't get to watch your show but I heard many great things about it, and met many amazing people from your group! You guys are wonderful not only on stage but off! Congrats on your GC!

As for CR Jefferson Westside, we want to thank you all so much for your comments :p!

Ethan, So it turns out I broke 1 bone in my foot from my little fall onstage during the day rounds! So now I have to wear this big ugly boot! Lol. Hopefully you couldn't tell I was in to much pain during finals.

Thanks again everyone

That is a very unsettling comment towards me. I'm scared for my personal safety. I don't appreciate your hurtful comments at me, cuz you see words are like bullets.
maaaybe you should wear a bullet proof vest then ;)

No it wasn't. I bet it was rather demeaning towards Justin Bieber. You should be ashamed of yourselves

You're right. It would have been better if they snapped Taylor Bley's neck instead ;)

Hey Everyone!
Congrats on a great competition. It was a stacked one.
It was a pleasure to see how much more the groups brought it during finals compared to their daytime performances. I will admit I was a bit nervous having to critique Jefferson's show after all the positive and amazing things I heard from almost everyone weeks before. But alas you were such a fun group to talk to which made it easier for me (same goes for the others groups I was able to critique). Every group had such a professional air about themselves when I was walking around in the hallways. It was good to see the positive vibes coming from each show choir. It might be for the fact that there weren't many "rivalries" here since most of these show choirs came from different parts of the midwest.

Thank you for making this weekend a memorable one!

ps. Ralston that Justin Bieber(sp?) addition made me literally laugh out loud for a good minute.

Hey WSD loved your critique, btw! thanks for the awesome job, from WSD. ;)
