Thanks sooo much for the good wishes. It means a lot coming from our neighbors!

We love our neighbors at Hurricane. ;) A good portion of our choir and parents are making the drive to Fairfield to support you guys. The director and I will be riding up together. You guys represent the state of West Virginia with a lot of class.

well to give people an idea of what may happen on saturday, here are some results between some of the groups competing from earlier this season....just a couple...

edgewood's contest

1. marysville
2. findlay
3. eisenhower
4. sullivan
5. crete monee
6. franklin central

zionsville's contest

1. mundelein
2. piqua
3. franklin central
4. beavercreek
5. etc

i haven't heard much about zionsville's show or hurricane's, so if someone could post results from their competitions that they've been to that would be great. so based on these, which were three and four weeks ago (so they pretty much have no meaning), i would put the standings in this order:

1. clinton
2. marysville
3. findlay
4. hurricane/eisenhower
5. hurricane/eisenhower
6. piqua

the only reason i don't have zionsville up there is because of hurricane's reputation. they seem to be a powerhouse, especially in vocals, and even though zionsville is very good, i don't have them in my "great" category. but depending on how zionsville has placed at other comps can vary my opinion. fc or beavercreek could get in, and i could be flat out wrong. if anyone has any rational or statistical info that could make me change my mind, i'd be glad to here it. " border="0" alt="laugh.gif" />

So far Zionsville this year has only had one competetion. We won grand champion - best vocals, and best choreography. Last year we won two grand champions one at hunington north, and east noble and beat center grove. We also last year went to fairfield and we got 3rd runner up and beat piqua.....The only reason why I am going into info from last year is because we have only had one competetion.

I am also changing my predictions
GC - Clinton
1st - Hurricane
2nd - Marysville
3rd - Eishenhower/Findlay
4th - Eishenhower/Findlay
5th - ??????? my guess piqua, beavercreek, zionsville, fc

Clinton - they have won every competetion. How long has it been since they have lost??? I mean really???
Hurricane and Marysville - the reason why I say hurricane ahead of marysville is because at northcoast hurricane did get best vocals, and marysville did get best choreo. The reason, I say hurricane ahead though is because vocals mean a lot more in this competetion than choreo.
Eishenhower/Findlay - I think can be either way.....They have an amazing style and sound. I can't wait to here them.
5th runner up - Piqua - your show is amazing i love it, I cant wait to see it. Beavercreek - I have seen your show, your vocals are amazing. FC - you guys look like you are working so hard, and you guys have had a few weeks off to get ready for this competetion.

what do you all think
