Heather...at least you get to perform at Spring Concert I never get to do a show choir performance ever! The only reason it has hit me is cuz of this whole knee thing...it's really restricting and you have to find a way around everything and there's no much you can't do. The wierd part is even though i'm in the brace my knee somehow buckles but it like can't even bend so i have no idea how it's doing that! But i'm def glad that Ramona was my last performance in show choir cuz I had soooo much fun! And everyone was so kewl! Although BV was very mssy and I cleaned it all up by myself! It's all good! lata!
Lots of Love,
Alicia

Im sorry, but I have to do this... Celebration was not that good. Sure MAtt did an awesome job on his solo, but the rest of the show was not that good. Ending with a slow song....   .....we did that last year and it doesnt get you anywhere!

Ok, you think that we arent that good, but i am pretty sure that we are somewhat decent due to the fact that the judges score us really high. On more than one occasion, believe it or not, we have been within points from burbank, Hart and Burroughs. Helix, sorry I have to do this, but i have never seen a good show come out of your school, and i think you need to stop thinking so highly of yourself. I know that we arent Burroughs or Hart, but we do put out a quality show. And ending with a slow song may not have gotten you anywhere, but Helix and Celebration are different. Scottie@$#% whatever your name is, why dont you just go away.

oh my goodness (or lack thereof) i can't believe Tim put down our show! how sad...but Brett you're a little out of line, just because you haven't seen anything good come out of helix doesn't mean it hasn't happened...i mean hell...i didn't even know you were TALENTED until this year sweety, stranger things have been realized.

But i do Agree with Brett in the feeling that we have to work harder than any other choir... i mean..with about 20 ppl and ONE rehearsal every week...it just takes so much more focus and discipline. It's a lot easier for a group with 60 ppl to have a lot of energy than for a group of 20 and with one of our most talented soloists in a wheelchair...

But please boys, try not to let your penises do the talking, choir is fun, not some huge sequin fest where we try to kill eachother with our blastissimo voices and homicidal spirit fingers... SMILE!!!

I should not have said that, I don't know what I was thinking. But it was just an opinion from me and it can't be proven wrong or right! But congrats to Celeb. anyways

=)

All I can say, is that it was a good competition to make as a last one. I mean it didnt have as many groups as I wanted, but that's ok, I was happy with who I hosted, and I hoped Tina and I were good enough hostesses! But even though I wouldn't let you keep the sign... I still love you Music Machine!!

I haven't cried yet... I dont think it has hit me that I am no longer going to ever perform in a show choir competition again.... oh darn.... I shouldn't have reminded myself...

Congrats to everyone! It was great seeing everyone perform!!

You placed us last over and over with groups that you hadn't even seen there show yet and you had seen us do at least decent in our eyes in a couple of places! Are we really that bad? Apparently not cuz we did take third so I guess because you're predictions were wrong I'm o.k. with it. Really I didn't mean it to be taken that meanly but when you see your name predicted in last place over and over again it gets you kinda frustrated. Really, we're not that bad! I promise. I also promise I'll put things in a nicer way next time. I just thought you would have known we were a touch better than that cuz you saw our show at El Mo and multiple other places including your own competition. SORRY! I Luv everyone and mean no Harm! I promise!

Well, I hope you all had fun.  GRR!  I know that were an obsolete place but Serrano does exist!  No, it's o.k., no one knows who we are except Celebration and apparently Brett thinks we suck.  Well that's o.k. cuz we still came in third!

Wuh HUh??? Where the hell did that come from???

wow! That sux! I am not a morning person at all so i dunno if i'd be able to do that! Why cant you get dressed and stuff on the airplane? lol...that's what i'd do! Sleep for a couple hrs on the plane and then get ready!! hehe...yeah...our whole choir is loud...i think we have a whole like 10 quiet people between both groups! I dunno why they always have the lights on in the back...it sux! we like the dark...i guess they think we're gonna do somethin...i dunno! But on the way home from so cal i do believe it was...either that or fullerton our bus driver left the lights off...it was sooo nice! We were all happy. Ahhh the simple pleasures in life...hehe!

That's how our bus is. the back is primarily the seniors who are loud and want tostay up and usually the light is on in the back. I remember on the way home from Fullerton my Freshman year I was in the back of the Bus with some of our Men's choir boys and they took second place so we sang at the tip top of our lungs the whole way home. The perants told us to shut up for a few minutes so one of the guys set a watch fo three minutes and when a few minutes was up we went right back to singing. It was so fun and I kinda miss that, but it was such a long night and my leg was burned and I was tired so I was content to be asleep at the front of the bus. It was only one competition, there will be others. What sux is wanting tos tay up and not being able to because you have an early wake up call. For Florida we have to be on the bus in Uniform with curled hair at 5:45 in the morning on Saturday. That means getting up at 3:00 to get my hair done. It really sux!

lol! That's amazing! it's funny cuz they always have the lights on in the back and from where the lights are on back is the loudest and everyone in front from where it starts being dark and on is like quiet and like to sleep. And if people tell us to shup up there's a big yelling match and the loud ones always win hehe! It's great fun though...it's like an understanding we all have! And if people try to sleep in the back and get cranky when they can't we yell at em to go to the front of the bus if they wanna sleep. It's like sorry that's just the way it is. Just like we have like almost assigned seating. Seniors have priority to the back of the bus and there's an understanding of where everyone sits. Like I always always sit in the very last seat on the right side. And then Katrina sit in front of me and Cori across from her and Chris across from me...it's so funny. the back like 4 or 5 rows are taken before we even get on the bus! hehe it's great! Although if we had had a rough day and stuff like that we might be more willing to sleep...but considering we have a bunch of night owls i doubt it. hehe! yeah I decided that it was more important to be here resting my knee than at work cuz i woulda had to get a ride from my mom or dad and then i'd have to walk all the way down to where we clock in then to my station...yeah it just wasn't workin for me! I wish i could've worked though cuz i need hrs desperately. i just hope they don't think i'm lying to get out of going to work! Oh well...it happens!

Yeah, I think your knee is probably more important. That's what I did, I slept like four seats from the front. It was dark and slightly quieter. Granted everyone sings and yells but to many people were tired and cranky for everyone to be loud the whole way home. We yelled at them to shut up and they finally did!

lol yeah! usually you get a drink to drink it not wear it! hehe! Oooh...it's def a good thing you could sleep on the bus! Ramona people like never sleep so if you wanna sleep on our buses you better be used to noise and you best be as far to the front of the bus as possible! But we have fun! those are our bonding times hehe! I went to bed at like 2 am and my work called me saying they had a shift for me at like 9 so i only got like 7 hrs of sleep but i couldn't go in...i told her what happened. i felt bad cuz i forgot to call in and say i couldn't come in. Oh well...they'll get over it.

True it went away, but I really wanted to drink the coffee, not wear it. It made me thirsty trying to sleep on the way home knowing that my coffee was in my lap instead of my tummy. I dunno, maybe Cory was just being a psycho and telling me the wrong time or maybe I heard it wrong. Who knows. It's not important. I know I didn't get home till one in the morning though. We got back to school at 12:30 and home a little after 1:00 Today I had to get up for church at 5:30 so yeah, I'm really glad I got to sleep on the bus!

What??? They were like almost done cleaning up at like 9:45 cuz we didn't have to break down chairs cuz there's a church that meets there on Sundays. They mighta stayed there later...But i don't think it was that long. I should ask someone! lol! But hey...doesn't that coffee smell kinda good?? I may not drink much coffee but I'll smell it! hehe! Yeah and the whole sticky part had to have sucked majorly! It's like when you spill soda on you or something...but hey you're not sticky any more! lol!
