GC: Los Alamitos
1ru: Marysville
2ru: Findly
3ru: Ben Davis
4ru: Clover Hill

but in my opinion this can't compare the best of the best, cause look at the line up, Where is Clinton, Wheaton Warrenville, Waubonsie, John Burroughs, Burbank, Homewood, Opelika, South Jones, Jackson Prep, Albertville, etc.

Really?

I mean not to say these arnt the best competing, but compare them to people who win everywhere then you can get a guaranteed winner, I believe you should invite schools who have won major competitions against other competing choirs, you should specifically invite the best choirs for them to go head to head and get the best outcome

I strongly suspect that most if not all of the schools you mentioned were invited.

I haven't seen enough of the groups in the small mixed division to make predictions, but having seen quite a few of the large mixed schools, I'll give it a try. I haven't seen any predictions with Medina in finals, but after having been very impressed with them at Fairfield I'd say they definitely could be in finals.

GC: Los Alamitos "Sound FX"
1ru: Marysville "Swingers Unlimited"
2ru: Findlay "First Edition"
3ru: Clover Hill "New Dimensions"
4ru: Medina "Encore Entertainment Company"/Ben Davis "Premiers"

I have not seen Los Al, Clover Hill, or Ben Davis this year, and given Clover Hill's win over Findlay earlier in the season they certainly have a chance to do so here as well.

These predictions are my own and do not in any way reflect the opinions of the Fairfield "Choraliers".

and this is just anf FYI, i mentioned majored groups i have seen this year compete, and groups i know what they go against and what they win, there are many groups not just from California or the south, but look at the Midwest, there is Piqua, Fairfield, twinsburg, many many other amazing choirs. You just cant make one just full analysis on who is best

Findlay and Ben Davis are both very high quality show choirs. Marysville is on a bit of a down year though. Los Alamitos doesn't have this one in the bag by any means. If Findlay comes out with a show anything like their 2007 show, they'll clean up.

Marysville has beaten Findlay already this year at Fairfield, do keep in mind.

What's the word on photos/DVDs? Will they be available?
They're streaming the thing in HD... I think there's a good chance DVDs will be available.

I don't think you paid attention to results this year at all....

no i didn't pay attention to small mixed.

My prediction of Findlay's placement only comes from the fact that I freaking love them.

My random predictions (trying to piece together results from all over this year)

Large Mixed:

GC: Los Alamitos
1RU: Ben Davis
2RU: Marysville
3RU: Clover Hill
4RU: Findlay

Small Mixed:

GC: Norwell
1RU: Poca
2RU: Green Bay Preble
3RU: Northridge

Marysville beat Findlay, and so did Clover Hill. It will be close between those groups. BD has beaten Marysville too. so that's kinda why I have the large mixed how I have. Norwell seems to be the favorite for small mixed. I personally love Preble's show this year. I think it's fun and entertaining. Poca has done well this year (destroyed Dwenger at Luers), and Northridge just did super well at ISSMA, so that's why I have them in over Dwenger. Both groups have beaten them. I think Preble's choreo will put them in finals over a bunch of Indy groups.
