Just giving a big congrats to all the choirs who competed and Serrano, your set is absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I was unable to see it, but going off Bonita's Legacy's performance, I'm sure you guys, yet again, blew away the audience. Congrats on GC :D

Hate that people think of first runner-up and Best Musicianship as a loss.

i agree with you, scott.

"xtravaganza" was my first competition of the year seeing the majority of the groups. i can't say much in regards for improvement to either burbank or burroughs because i haven't seen either choir until saturday, however i'm sure its safe to say both were amazing.

burroughs a capella was AMAZING! your costumes are perfect, and i love the idea of your set. . .perfect timing

there were pick and choose moments between the two groups, but i'm thoroughly enjoying the after effects of watching burbank's show...i think you may have combined one of the greatest human elements (or at least my favorite), thought, throughout the show and more importantly, afterwards. i'm not discrediting any other program in any way, but i personally feel most effected by burbank's show for allowing me to interpret it as i feel, which i believe is the epitome of art.

there's also a HUGE congratulations to serrano for your gc in the AA division; there has been positive improvement within your show and it definitely payed off.

Arcadia, your blend is nearest to impeccable especially in your a capella...sure, the shows in show choir are getting bigger, but it's quite refreshing to hear and see you all preserving it's unique simplicity.

to Los Al, you keep making "Xtravaganza" bigger and better and you make us show choir "nerds" beyond elated . thank you for showing us the brighter side of the gloomy weather. . .i just wished you could've at least sang your a capella

i'm excited to see everyone again in several weeks! until next time, continue working hard and keeping positive.

hey guys! colleen and i have worked very hard on the video for this year and we think everyone is really going to like it we know in the past the videos have not always been in the best taste and we tried this year to make a video that was funny without being mean. we hope you all enjoy it and please do not take it as anything more than just a fun video. i promise i will upload the video sunday to youtube so if anyone wasn't there they can see it too!

that video was so funny! i loved the burroughs statue drinking out of the bucket LOL

Alex, I think filming is always prohibited! But their are always a few sneaky people who do it anyway. haha. I had an amazing time and every group that I saw yesterday was amazing. To Serrano and Burroughs, I LOVE your sets!
That's true. I guess it's just stresses a little more in certain venues or I always miss the warning Xp
