There's only one awards ceremony at the end both divisions. I'm excited we get to go this year =)

Is there one combined awards ceremony or separate ones for advanced and Intermediate?

Here's an update on the Pow Wow.

Los Altos had to drop out (too many conflicts), so the order is:

Intermediate Division

Mark Keppel "Aztec Singers"
Pacifica "Encore"
Hart "Hart 'n Soul"
John Burroughs (Sound waves"
Burbank "Out of the Blue"

Advanced Division

Chula Vista "Main Attraction"
John Burroughs "Powerhouse"
Burbank "In Sync"
Hart "Sound Vibrations'
Diamond Bar "Marquis"
Brea Olinda "Masquerade"

Adjudicators: John Wilson, Tom Kessler and Mark Henson
Score Sheet: 65.116% Musicianship and 34.884% Showmanship

San Gabriel Mission Playhouse
320 So. Mission in San Gabriel
May 21, 2008 at 6:00 p.m.

Tickets are available, but are going fast.
$10 each in main section or balcony; $12.50 each (a set of four = $50.00) for a box. each box comes with a free parking pass and parking costs about $6.00 in the lot. There is a possibility that if you wait to buy tickets at the door, you may have to buy a box seat, if that's all that are left. You can reserve tickets by calling the choral music office at (626) 821-1785 or by emailing [email protected].

San Gabriel Mission Playhouse,
formerly known as San Gabriel Civic Auditorium.

The competition will begin @ 6:00 PM.
Tickets will be $10 each.
