I don't think they are atteding, because they were not on the official list posted on the Crystal Classic website.

Yeah, I thought the same thing. I know they were on the original list, but they aren't on the actual schedule.

This competition season has been nothing less than crazy when it comes to results, so I'm not even going to try and predict this one. I will say that I believe finals will look like this (in no order):

Findlay
Hurricane
Marysville
Olentangy
Piqua
Teays Valley

I think any of these choirs would definitely be worthy of hoisting the grand champion trophy at the night's end. And I must say, this is absolutely an ALL-STAR lineup. Each of these choirs has won at least one grand championship this year, and all of these choirs have beaten at least one of the other choirs. And a lot of these choirs have beaten and lost to the same choir. It's gonna be an intense day, and since I've only seen Hurricane and Teays this year, I'm really excited to see all the other choirs!

GC: Marysville/Findlay
1RU: Findlay/Marysville
2RU: Piqua
3RU: Olentangy
4RU: Hurricane
5RU: Teays Valley

Vocals: Marysville
Choreo: Marysville/Findlay
Band: Findlay

this really could go any way. it all depends on how the groups do that day, what the judges preferences are, and the level each choir brings to the competition. it's going to be another blood bath down in southern ohio. wish i could go!

i'll agree with this set of predictions. given the talent of each of these potential finalist groups, it really is difficult to accurately guess what will happen, but i find this a likely outcome and i eagerly await the true results.

Wanted to bump this to the top...

This should be pretty wicked, as a lot of the choirs have beat each other at some point this year.

Like last year, this will be a fight to get into finals, as I think the following choirs probably have a good chance at one of the six spots, not to say there aren't some other choirs that couldn't pull it out as well:

Marysville
Hurricane
Teays Valley
Findlay
Olentangy
Piqua
(Nevermind, Crete won't be there)
Bishop Luers
Hamilton

How do finals work? Is it the top six scoring choirs? Does the small group champion get a spot in finals?
