Is there a ladies division? If so, which of the schools will be represented?
Schools in the ladies division are:
(In Performance Order)
Anderson "Class Act"
Northrop "Villes De Filles"
Dekalb "Sound Sensation"
Decatur Central "Expressions"
East Noble "Premiere Edition"
Bellmont "The Ladies Ensemble"
Princeton Community "Innovations"
Tomorrow will be great . I can't wait to see what some groups shows are for the first time this year. After competing at Marysville last week, Charisma is definitely prepared and ready to bring our A game! ;)
Grand Champion: DeKalb
2nd: Northrop
3rd: Anderson
4th: East Noble
5th: New Haven (If Alex Hall still works with them)
6th: Bellmont
Best Vocals: DeKalb
Best Choreography: DeKalb
Best Instrumentals: Northrop

*random concern* Since this competition is so small, I would think it would cost more to host than all the monies brought in. Marion people - was that ever a concern when chosing to host your own competition? Was any price raised to compensate for the low choir count?
Umm... I don't want to be pesimistic (sp?) or anything... however... there is a good chance it might go like this...
Oh and if you don't see your choir in my Top 6 for finals, don't worry about it. I haven't seen everyone's group so I'm kind of guessing on it, actually.
We're working our butts off during practices- much like everyone else probably is.
But, nevertheless, excited to see everyone else perform and have some fun ourselves.
I fully recommend anyone to check out our show- you'll laugh like no other. =)
I'm definetely excited for this competition, especially since it's only an hour away (Unlike our three hour bus rides yesterday... ) Can't wait to see Dekalb and Anderson especially.
New Haven Sound Edition is looking forward to competing at Marion. Is this their first year for hosting such an event? I think a lot of northeastern Indiana groups are headed there.
