you guys did great... loved the performance... it looked like you were having fun while doing it. and that really helps... you guys could reach very high standards. keep working at it.... great job!

Thanks so much! I have to say we had the best time ever at Busco. Haha if you would of saw the party in our room and on the bus home you would of thought we won Grand Champion...Anderson you guys were amazing especially with vocals you guys are fricken powerhouses! (i love your green jumpsuits too...) Dekalb I didn't get to see your show because you guys performed after us both times but Im sure you were fantastic as normal and im sure your win was well earned. Northside it was so much fun cheering with you before finals, i'm sad i didn't get to see your show because i bet it rocked. Just to be competing with such amazing groups was a blessing! Thanks to our hosts katie and maggie you guys are awesome. Haha and props to Caiti's mom who likes to bust out in random dance to entertain the crowd.

Did Roncalli even perform at finals? I had heard that they had to leave after the day show. And if that is true why even go to competitions. The point of the day competition is to make it into the nighttime competition.
Yeah, like NEA07 said, they did perform; it was that they weren't there for awards.

Word has it that it was a fantastic performance; shame I missed it

I've been aware of show choir two whole years now (;)), but I was totally blown away by some of the stuff I saw yesterday; everyone who topped us deserved it -- heartfelt congratulations to Dekalb, Anderson, and North Side.

Like George said, we were ecstatic to get into finals at all -- it was a great competition, props to everyone who performed! :>

Thanks for a great competition.
I thought some of the dancing in between groups was entertaining to say the least.

i just want to say that the entire competition was great yesterday. im so proud to be an alumni of anderson and to see the accomplishments of both groups. i also want to say congrats to dekalb. there was much improvement in your show and it was truly neck and neck with anderson. northside you always entertainment and thank you for being the spirit of the competition. also great job to east noble girls. your show amazed me and you should be proud of your accomplishments. i think this competition was just a taste of the intensity that is going to be at state this year and so good luck to all groups. always keep striving cause you never know what will happen at the end of the day!!!!

Now that is what you call good sportsmanship!!!! Nicely said. I do have to say that this competition was very intense between Anderson and Dekalb. Both groups put on a great show with their own great qualities.

Ditto, I didn't get to see finals and Dekalb or Anderson's show, but it sounds like it was neck and neck.

personally, i am utterly saddened by getting gc again this week =<

in my humble opinion we put on the best show we could have even thought of so far this year. and because of that, since dekalb took the night show, then they freakin deserve it!

good job guys!

Thanks to everyone who worked so hard to host the Churubusco Invitational! The people were great and the choirs were outstanding! I'm a Lakeview Spartanaire Mom and I was most impressed with the Northside kids. I loved their heart, talent, and energy! All of us here at Lakeview hope that we'll see them again in the near future! We were so excited to make it to finals in the midst of such incredible talent!!! Keep a song in your hearts!
