I don't believe that directors got any set schedules, sooo I don't think anyone would have a schedule to post

it's disappointing to see no Findlay and for Zionsville to have to drop out, but there are still a number of competitive schools signed up. however, with the changes to the line-up of course comes another set of predictions.

GC- Marysville/DeKalb
1RU- DeKalb/Marysville
2RU- St. Albans
3RU- Mooresville/Olentangy
4RU- Olentangy/Mooresville
5RU- Winfield/Morgantown

Vocals- Marysville
Choreo- DeKalb/Marysville

and a quick question, with there only being a maximum of 10 Championship division groups, will there still be 6 finalists?

There will be 6 finalists.

Good Luck!

good list...smaller than the past few years..but good. I still remember in 2003 Teays Valley was talked up to be the monster comp...all of these amazing groups were going...a snow storm hit and only 7(total) of us were able to make it. They let us all in finals and gave us clinics after the day. Teays still did classes back than, and I remember Twinsburg was the only class B school that showed up so they got to have the GC and 1st RU trophy.

these are the nine schools that we have some inclination towards their attendance at Teays Valley. it is extremely frustrating that a schedule has not been made available, particularly with this competition being little more than one week away, but really if these were to be the only schools going it wouldn't be a bad competition.

-DeKalb
-Findlay(?)
-Marysville
-Morgantown
-Olentangy
-St. Albans
-Wapakoneta
-Winfield
-Zionsville

it's pretty haphazard to make predictions without a full list of attending groups, but i'm slightly antsy at this point, so i'm going to go ahead with my thoughts on the possible outcome.

GC- Findlay/Marysville
1RU- Marysville/Findlay
2RU- DeKalb
3RU- Zionsville
4RU- St. Albans
5RU- Olentangy

Vocals- Marysville/Findlay
Choreo- Findlay/Marysville
Band- Findlay

i can see several areas where i could be completely off, but in looking at previous competition results from this season, i'd say this is a reasonable outcome. the caption awards could honestly go anywhere. the two favorites for vocals would probably be Findlay and Marysville, but depending on how prepared Zionsville is at this point, they could also grab Best Vocals. predicting choreo is similarly tricky. again, Findlay with their tap closer and Marysville with their diverse song selections are probably the favorites, but DeKalb always has some mean dancers in their group and could easily walk away with Best Choreography. Zionsville is the big question here as i could easily see them placing as high as First Runner-Up if they show as well as they did at the end of last season. it's all a question of level of preparation for all of these possible finalist groups.

I do believe that Olentangy is in the Festival division, but that might have changed
