Based off of groups that have gone to ISSMA qualifying sites, I think the following (in no particular order) will go to state:
Fairfield, Columbia City, Northridge, Jay County, Huntington, Pendleton, Churubusco (if they choose to go?).
I know there will be a few others that are planning, but I haven't seen that many groups this year (so I didn't want to give a full list of who I thought would go).
