It was such an amazing day. Almost every group we watched was top level. Close competition leads to close results. Great job to you guys and everyone else. Amazing night of show choir.
One of the best show choir Saturday’s I’ve got to be be apart of. I got the pleasure to watch every group and this might of been one best invitationals we’ve had in a while. Every group brought it tonight, so many were worthy of GC. But congratulations to Troy on the win. I would like to give two quick group shoutouts to Chesterton and Kankakee. Chesterton blew me away. It’s been awhile since I’ve seen them live, but they were fantastic. Kankakee had maybe one of the best ballad trio of soloist I’ve ever heard. And they are only in their 3rd year as a program. So many amazing groups were on display tonight. Thank you to everyone who joined us either on the live stream or in person. We had a blast hosting!
The only significant change I noticed was Sullivan's performance slot. At any rate, thanks for letting us know that Mt. Zion changed their schedule. It's been updated above.
Yes! We are so excited to bring you a full day of show choir! If you want to shout out a group, Jadon and I will try to read them on Stream!! Use the #MTZInvitational21 on Twitter!
Tickets are available online. We have been approved for 500 unvaccinated spectators and vaccinated individuals do not count toward our 500 person limit. ????????
Milton Choralation and Milton Octave Above will no longer be participating in person due to scheduling problems. As of now, nothing in the schedule has changed.
Thanks for the schedule, Jadon. Couple of questions... everything says this is a two-day event (and the website even shows middle school on Friday), but this schedule appears to be all consecutive. Can you confirm which days groups are performing on? Also, it looks like we're missing the time slots for the last two groups before the lunch break. If you could add those in, that'd be awesome. Thanks!
Today on Saturday? Someone in the Loveland thread also said "for today's event." Did something really crazy happen with daylight savings or am I just losing my mind?
